Overview:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Manage the company's main email inbox and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Provide general support to the office staff as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
